PERBINCANGAN PERTAMA: PENGENALAN KEPADA ILMU FEQAH

1. Pertama: Ta’arif feqah

Secara Lughah:-Ilmu tentang sesuatu dan kefahaman tentangnya.


Kefahaman disini bermaksud kefahaman yamg mutlak & keseluruhannya bukannya separuh2 atau sebehagian sahaja.
Tetapi penggunaannya di dalam Quran menunjukkan perbezaan dengan tidak mengertikannya sebagai
kefahaman yang mutlak tetapi kedalaman pemahaman.Misalnya:

91. Mereka berkata: "Wahai Syuaib,! Kami tidak mengerti kebanyakan dari apa Yang Engkau katakan itu, dan Sesungguhnya Kami melihat Engkau orang Yang lemah Dalam kalangan kami; dan kalau tidaklah kerana kaum keluargamu, tentulah Kami telah melemparmu (dengan batu hingga mati). dan Engkau pula bukanlah orang Yang dipandang mulia Dalam kalangan kami!"

27. "Dan lepaskanlah simpulan dari lidahku,
28. "Supaya mereka faham perkataanku;



Secara Istilah di sisi Fuqoha’ & usulliyyun :- Ilmu tentang hokum-hukum shariah amaliah yang dikeluarkan daripada dalil-dalil yang terperinci.





Perincian:
Ilmu-satu ilmu dari ilmu2 agama

Hukum-hukum Shariah:kefahaman (fiqh)padanya satu kumpulan (hukum2 akidah,hukum2 akhlak & hukum2 amaliah) daripada hukum yang mana dibuat( syara’) oleh Allah kepada hambanya.

Amaliah- berkait dengan perbuatan hamba.Disebabkan shariah terbahagi kepada 3 iaitu Hukum akidah,hukum akhlak & hukum amalan,maka disini digunakan amaliah(amalan) kerana ia adalah istilah kepada Fiqh.

Dalil-dalil tafsiliyyah(terperinci)-ayat-ayat Quran & hadis-hadis yang secara khususnya merujuk kepada hukum-hukum amalan.

FANATIC FANS IN KELANTAN

“Football is lively in Kelantan. People here are Football crazy. The fans believe it will be Kelantan’s year and I hope to deliver their dream with them”, Said B. Saniathan Kelantan’s coach and also former National coach.

Kelantan’s fans are very fanatic and this was prove in many cases related to them. One of them is suspension from playing in Stadium Muhammad because of silly action by supporter after the match. Because they does not satisfied and cannot accept the reality after defeated by the other team. Badly, they burn police’s lorry and the nearby car also not escape.

As for Perlis coach Irfan Bakti, he said his players played an erratic game because of the hostile fans in Kota Baru.

"I am upset that several of my senior players were intimidated by the fans. These were the senior players who I was counting on to lead.


LAST FINAL IN 1970

Kelantan now have a chance to finish their desire to win Malaysia Cup for the first time ever after 39 years since Kelantan appeared in the Malaysia cup final. But, the most important for them is to put fully effort to go to final first before thinking beyond. Even they defeated Perlis for the first match, but they not show yet their truth level and also the top scorer for the Kelantan Indra Putra Mahayuddin had suspended. Saniathan said despite winning, we actually didn’t play well enough in the first leg.

B.SANIATHAN PERFORMS A GOOD JOB?

Kelantan were left in the doldrums when coach Peter Butler who brings Kelantan in a final FA cup quit just before the start of the Malaysian Cup and everybody think with B.Saniathan recent coach cannot competes Butler. However, power is in Allah hand. And now we hope for the winner of Kelantan in the next in Kangar.Insyallah!

• 15.10.2009- submit biscuit ‘raya’ to the MTAQ and then go to the YIK.
• 16.10.2009-fasting.very tired. Sleep full day.
• 17.10.2009-Zuhdi and Zamri will ‘berangkat’ to Egypt today but I forget it even I want to send them. Please forgive me!
• 18.10.2009-I’m writing this post. I feel very regret because not manage my time properly. Now, I’m trying to arrange my time to achieve my target. Hopefully, I will success. Pray for me.

Rehlah ila Lata tembakah 2009

Sejuk dan dingin.Itulah yang dapat digambarkan ketika mandi di Lata Tembakah pagi semalam.Kami berkumpul terlebih dahulu di rumah akhi Izhan dan kemudiannya bertolak secara konvoi.Tiga buah kereta kancil berlainan warna.Seramai beberapa orang yang menyertai yang semuanya alumni MTAQ iaitu Waafi,Faiz,Zamri(Maahad Shoubra),Afiq abasa(UM),Hilmibgshow(KUIS) merangkap Program Manager,ana,Salam,Fatah,Izhan, Yusuf,Adib(UIA).Kami sampai tepat pukul 10 pagi and without wasting a time kami terjun kedalam air sungai yang nyaman itu meninggalkan pengarah membakar ayam sorang-sorang(maaf sangat-sangat)he3...


kami balik lbh kurang pukul 4,and stop at masjid Hadhari for Asar prayer.Sesungguhnya perjalanan ini amat bermakna,menambah iman,mengeratkan silaturrahim,meluaskan pandangan,& merasai nikmat ciptaan kurniaan Allah.Subhanallah maha suci Allah yang tidak menciptakan sesuatu dengan sia-sia.Ya Allah kau masukkanlah kami kedalam Syurga & jangan KAu masukkan kami kedalam neraka yang pedih.
Amin.Siru ala barakatillah.

Back to Kelantan

The travel through train KTMB take half of a days.Try to imagine 14 hours sat on a seat.so boring.But,luckily,I prepare something to read which I buy 5 books at MPH Mid valley,and I had finished 2 novel and a half.Munajat cinta(taufiqqurrahman al-Azizy),& Aku terima nikahnya(Hasrizal Abdul Jamil).When I remember back,the travel to that bookshop like an impossible.Try to imagine my train to Kelantan at 8.30p.m but at 7.55p.m I still at Mid valley.I arrive at Tumpat at 10.30 a.m. and my father took me to his school Sek.Keb.Tumpat.

Alhamdulillah,nothings bad happens to me.

After Asar yesterday evening,I went to KL Central by Motorcycle.Even I don't know how to go to that place,but this really big chance for me to learn about the 'selok-belok' road in KL.Usually my uncle not give permission to me to use the motorcycle,but Allah's power,surprisingly,he offer me to use his motorcycle,and I agree without asking,worry if he changes his mind.

I got a lot of unexpected experience.When,we travel there are always new things we get which we can use its as a lessons in our life.Allah said in the Quran many times about the travel,purpose and the important of it and one of that is in surah al-An'am verses 11:

"Travel through the earth and see what was the end of those who rejected truth."

First,when I sat on the motorcycle,I went with signboard as guidance.I think KL central around the KLCC but actually it not true.Finally I stop in front of Sentol Police Station,and I call my friend asking about the true way.

"you search the signboard to Seremban and enter to Jln Mahemeru,and proceed to Jln Parlimen"said my friend.

Finally, I found the way,and solves my work faster and back home.Around 9p.m. I arrive at Kepong.Alhamdulillah,nothings bad happens to me.

Betulkah tindakan aku itu?

"Assalamialaikum nak" tegur seoarang lelaki.
"Waalaikumussalam pak cik" jawab saya sambil tersenyum.Ketika itu saya tengah berdiri menunggu giliran membeli tiket train untuk balik ke Kelantan pada malam esoknya di KL Sentral.Suasana agak sesak di kaunter itu.

"Anak ni dari mana?" tanya pakcik itu yang melalui pemerhatian saya berumur dalam lingkungan 60an.Dia berbaju kameja belang warna hitam iras-iras baju yang saya selalu kenakan ketika menghadiri kuliah dan dipadankan dengan seluar Jeans biru gelap.

"Em,saya ni dari Kelantan" jawab saya sambil menoleh ke arah angka giliran di kaunter tiket."Ah,lambat lagi"getus saya.Jam ketika itu sudah hampir pukul 7 dan ia membuatkan saya semakin resah.

"ooo orang Kelantan,atok ni dari Penang,dulu atok pernah belajaq kat pondok Lubuk Tapah Pasir Mas.orang Kelate' ni baik2,kat mana-mana pun ada"tambahnya lagi.Saya sebenarnya dah banyak kali mendengar pujian seumpama itu.

"Atok nak ke mana ni" tanya saya.Saya mula rasa tak sedap hati,saya pernah mengalami situasi begini beberapa kali.Seingat saya 3 kali,kali pertama di Putra Bus,kemudian di Nilai dan sekarang di sini,KL Sentral.Apa yang menariknya,wataknya pasti seorang tua yang datang bermesra,memuji orang Kelantan,dan akhirnya not RM 10-RM 20 menjadi habuan mereka dengan alasan tidak mempunyai wang yang cukup untuk membayar tambang balik ke rumah.

"Atok ni nak balik ke rumah isteri atok di Jasin Melaka"jawabnya sambil meletakkan beg hitam yang dipegangnya ke tepi.Kopiahnya yang senget dibetulkan.Sambil itu matanya hinggap di tangan saya.

"Saya tengok kulit anak ni macam ada masalah,badan kamu juga kurus.Anak ada masalah ape?".

Saya sekadar menggeleng.
"Tubuh atok ni pun kurus juga,ini semua ketentuan dari Allah, sama juga macam anak.Kita ni sebagai manusia mestilah menerima ketentuan Allah.Redho Allah mesti dicari.Sedangkan manusia sekarang ni mencari kehidupan yang sementara.Tok guru atok dulu namanya Syeikh Abdullah,atok balajar kat kelate' dalam 5 tahun,jadi ada la sikit-sikit ilmu perubatan.Ilmu ni kita tak boleh tunjuk-tunjuk,nanti takabbur".

Saya sebenarnya dah dapat mengagak apa sebenarnya yang dimahukannya tapi oleh kerana saya menghormatinya saya menunggu sehingga habis nasihatnya.Dia menyuruh saya membeli air mineral untuk dijampi.

"Nah ini airnya,kalau boleh campur dengan beras halus yang telah ditumbuk lumat dan sapukan ke tempat yang bermasalah sambil membaca selawat dan Fatihah.Kalau boleh baca Yasin dan al-Mulk setiap malam Isnin dan Jumaat".

Saya mengambilnya dalam keadaan serba salah.Saya memang tidak percaya,kalau hanya dengan membaca surah itu dan ini,mencampur dan menumbuk lalu dituang ke dalam air boleh menjadikan seseorang itu sembuh dari penyakit atau menjadi putih.Apa kaitannya?.Tapi saya tidak sampai hati untuk cabut lari,jadi saya mengangguk-angguk sahaja.

Dipendekkan cerita seperti yang dijangka not RM 20 bertukar tangan kerana dia tidak cukup duit untuk balik.Walaupun,saya sebenarnya tidak berapa yakin dengan kejujurannya,namun saya merasakan itu adalah hak Allah.Tanggungjawab saya untuk membantunya sudah tertunai.Namun sepanjang perjalanan balik saya cuba bertanya balik mengenai kesan tindakan saya itu.Mungkin isu ini patut diambil perhatian oleh kerajaan,memandangkan ia melibatkan golongan emas,yang pada hemat saya mereka ini merempat dan sudah tidak dipedulikan oleh anak-anak mereka.Akhirnya mereka terpaksa meminta sedekah dengan pelbagai helah dan taktik.Ketika saya sampai di Kepong malam itu,saya masih tertanya-tanya,"Betulkah tindakan aku?".

Are you ready???

I woke up late this morning might be because of tired.Discipline is crucial and it was born from daily exercise by ourselves not from the others peoples.It must come with your willing and of course cannot be force by others.I got important lessons today,so I want to share with you.My uncle and I pray Subuh at 6.15 a.m and we late around 30 minutes.Why?.Because My grandmother do not want to take her medicine as usual and my uncle Pak Itam take a time to persuade her.I feel sorry when see how difficult life as an old man.It remember me to prepare myself for the death.The death is sure.However,we as human always forget about it.Busy with our daily life until do not provide anything for the life after death.The genius is the one who look beyond the day of the death as mention by our beloved prophets in his hadees and it was proved.Don't wake until you became old and then you do not have strong ability to pray and to worship Allah.At the time you will feel regret but it was to late and you cannot return back the pass time with any kind of ways.Therefore,when you have chance,and you still young,strong,have a time and healthy body,make Ibadat to Allah as much as you can.I also proud to my uncle because he take care my grandmother and manage all the work to assure that she in good situation.Even,before this he has some problems and involve with immoral behavior,but Allah is the powerful to change everybody he want and I pray to Allah for the healthy body and IMAN of my grandmother,my uncle and also myself.So,lastly ask yourself "Are you ready facing Allah?
